I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet crescent close to the hustle and bustle of Kings Cross. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, although they tended to get really hot without a way to control the radiator. The service was exceptional, especially considering our late arrival due to a delayed flight, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some good meals but becoming a bit repetitive over time. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
